BUILDING ACQUIRED!

We are happy to announce that the title transfer has cleared and we have started the renovations for Phase 1. The next year will be spent getting the building units ready for the new owners; including office space, artist studios, theatre community centre, restaurant and event space and community room.

It’s been three years since we started the process of purchasing the Bus Barns from the City of Saskatoon. We want to thank the Caswell Hill Community Association for their support through the process; we couldn’t have done this without our neighbours, our friends and our families. We’re looking forward to these next steps bringing the old building back to life and creating new spaces for the community to enjoy.
